PITTMAN, Judge.
Frederick Peace (“the former husband”) and Verla Peace (“the former wife”) were divorced in 2004. The pertinent provisions of the divorce judgment provided:
“6. The Wife shall be awarded one-half (1/2) of the value of the Husband’s pension fund, which is through Cytec Industries. It was represented to the Court that the Husband receives One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Six Dollars ($1,666.00) per month from this pension, and, effective August 24, 2004, the Wife shall thereafter be awarded one-half (1/2) of this pension.
