John B. Mansell, Mary Ann Mansell, and Caroline Mansell, infants, by their next friend, brought an action of trespass against Luke Wood. The declaration contains three counts. The first is for entering the plain tiffs’ close, — being a strip of land lying below Main street, in the town of Evansville, and between Water street and the Ohio river, and fronting the town, — and for placing on the premises large quantities of cord-wood.
