CRANDALL, Judge.

Plaintiff, Charlotte Taylor, appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Union Electric Company, in plaintiffs action for bodily injuries sustained in her fall on defendant’s property. We reverse and remand.

Summary judgment shall be entered if there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Rule 74.-04(c).
