Plaintiff Albaniabeg Ambient Sh.p.k. (“Albaniabeg”) moved for summary judgment in lieu of complaint in New York state court to enforce a judgment of the Tirana District Court in Albania against Defendants Enel S.p.A. (“Enel”) and Enel-power S.p.A. (“Enelpower”). On April 27, 2015, Defendants removed this action to this Court pursuant to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, 9 U.S.C. § 205.
