Although noting the favorable construction we are to give to the plaintiffs pleadings and that we must accept as true all evidence favorable to the plaintiff, the majority opinion then completely omits a recitation and discussion of Appellants’ detailed pleadings and ample evidence.
Appellants’ evidence shows that in May 2002, after Eugene Johnson’s sister-in-law died, he became depressed, was diagnosed with depression, and was treated with antidepressant medication.
