Affirming.
On September 10, 1917, appellant shot and killed Steve Young, town marshall of Booneville, in front of the court house in that town. Deceased was shot four times with an automatic shotgun and died instantly. Appellant was indicted by the grand jury of Owsley County for willful murder and on trial of the case he was found guilty by the jury and his punishment fixed at life imprisonment. Prom a judgment based upon that verdict he prosecutes this appeal. The only grounds relied on for reversal are: (1) that the argument of the commonwealth’s attorney…
