CRANE, Judge.

Defendant, the Prudential Insurance Company of America, appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict in the amount of $19,175 in favor of plaintiffs, Donna and Carl Nichols, for breach of an oral contract to waive premiums after six months on a converted whole life insurance policy. Prudential asserts the trial court erred in overruling its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and alternative motions for new trial and remittitur and in entering judgment on the verdict.
