Appellee has filed its motion to dismiss two appeals allowed by the District Court denying fees to two attorneys for services rendered by them and alleged to have been beneficial to the debtor in proceedings for reorganization under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 207).
