The plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, became the purchaser of certain real estate situated in Min-den, Kearney county, which was sold for delinquent taxes assessed against said property. After the expiration of the time for redemption from tax sale, he began proceedings in equity for the foreclosure of the lien in his favor by virtue of the tax sale certificates *540and the subsequent taxes paid thereunder.
