This is a bill for partition.
One Ellen O ’ Connor in her lifetime was seized and possessed in her own right in fee simple of a certain parcel of land with dwelling house thereon situate on Thayer street, in the city of Providence, as more particularly described in the bill of complaint. This real estate was devised to her by her brother, Patrick O’Connor, by his last will which was duly admitted to probate on the 14th day of November, 1909. The said Ellen O’Connor died on the 24th day of September, '1912, intestate and without issue. An administrator was duly appointed upon her estate. All…
