Billy Lynn Irvin appeals the district court’s judgment affirming the denial of his applications for disability-insurance benefits and supplemental-security-income benefits.

Irvin filed applications for disability-insurance benefits and supplemental-security-income benefits, alleging that he became disabled on February 17, 2010. After the Social Security Administration denied the applications, Irvin requested a hearing before an administrative law judge (“ALJ”).
