DUBINA, District Judge:
This is an appeal from a final order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissing an appeal of a final order of a bankruptcy judge in a bankruptcy case referred to the bankruptcy judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a). 1 The bankruptcy court order appealed from is an order allowing final compensation to the appellee, Lee, Schulte, Murphy & Coe, P.A.
