On the 27th of October, 1931, James E. Lacroix, then 70 years of age, died testate. His will, dated April 8, 1930, was admitted to probate by the probate court of Wayne county. Upon appeal to the circuit court the will was sustained. Contestants have appealed. They assert invalidity of the will on the ground that the testator had insane delusions which caused him to disinherit contestants and also on the ground of undue influence.
