On January 28, 1958, Milton E. Canter and Louis Urow, beneficiaries under a second deed of trust for $15,000, dated March 29, 1954, given by Blundon Investment Corporation on property in Northumberland county known as “Burgess Farm”, filed their bill against Vincent W. Bradley and Lloyd E. Turner, trustees under a first deed of trust on the property, dated September 28, 1951, and Lloyd R. Turner, the holder of the $5,000 note of the corporation secured thereby.
