The Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association, Inc. (“HBPA”) is a Rhode Island membership corporation whose members own and train thoroughbred horses. Plaintiffs Karlinsky, Jacobson and Hatcher are owners and trainers of thoroughbred horses. This suit is brought against The New York Racing Association, Inc.
