Hall, Judge.

This is a direct appeal from a judgment rendered in the Juvenile Court of Walker County. The appeal was transferred to this court by the Supreme Court. Powell v. Gregg, 224 Ga. 226 (161 SE2d 265).

1. The motion to dismiss the appeal is denied.

2. The trial court did not err in overruling the appellant's plea to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court.
