Plaintiff Commercial Credit Group, Inc. (“Creditor”) appeals the trial court’s findings and conclusions concerning a non-consumer secured transaction. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

In July 2007, defendant Leland Barber, Jr. d/b/a B.M.E. Recycling (“Debtor”), purchased a Peterson Pacific 5400 heavy duty waste recycler (“recycler”) from Pioneer Machinery, LLC (“Pioneer”) for $225,000.
