—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 165.45 [4] [knowingly possessing stolen shotguns]). Defendant was sentenced as a persistent felony offender to an indeterminate term of incarceration of 25 years to life.
