Kossow v. Snapp Industries, Inc.

We grant the petition for writ of certio-rari and quash the order denying petitioner’s motion for reconsideration seeking to file a revised initial brief. On remand, petitioner shall be granted leave to file an amended initial brief and proceed with his appeal in the circuit court.
