On June 4, 2018, Aaron Uchitel entered a negotiated plea to four counts of aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated assault, one count of false imprisonment, and one count of influencing a witness. Following entry of his sentence, Uchitel filed a pro se notice of appeal.
