MALLARD, Chief Judge.

Defendant has ten assignments of error. Assignments of error four and seven relate to the failure of the trial judge to allow the defendant’s motions for judgment as of nonsuit. We hold that there was ample evidence to require submission of the case to the jury.

In defendant’s first assignment of error, he contends that the trial judge erred in finding as a fact that the search warrant in possession of the officers as they approached the defendant was a valid search warrant; and in his second assignment of error, defendant contends that the trial judge committed error in…
