This is a Chapter 7 liquidation case, and the matters under consideration are cross Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Rural Kentucky Medical Scholarship Fund, Inc., (Scholarship Fund), and by Jack Morgan Lipps (Debtor), the parties involved in the above captioned adversary proceeding.
