BOWEN, District Judge.

Before the Court in the captioned case are motions in limine filed by both parties. For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs motion in limine is DENIED, and Defendant’s motion in limine is GRANTED.

1. Background

This medical malpractice action arises out of the death of Plaintiffs mother, Rosetta Williams. At the time of the alleged negligence, Williams was a patient in Defendant’s hospital (Select Specialty Hospital), having suffered a myocardial infarction a few weeks prior thereto.
