— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered May 11, 1988, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol *967and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree.
We reject defendant’s contention that County Court erred in denying his motion to set aside the verdict as against the weight of the evidence.
