We grant appellees’ motions for rehearing in part, vacate the prior majority opinion issued January 21, 2015, and issue the following opinion in its stead.
R. Randy Gonzalez (“homeowner”) appeals from a final judgment in his action against Ramon Pacheco and his design firm, Ramon Pacheco and Associates, Inc. (collectively, “the Pacheco defendants”).
