This is an action in equity to set aside a conveyance by the appellee S. T. Worthington and his wife to their daughter, the appellant Faye Worthington Clark, of 200 acres of land in Marion county. Grounds for attachment were alleged in the petition, ■ and a writ was issued and levied upon the above'real estate. S. T. Worthington, formerly a resident of Iowa, was interested as a partner in the Citizens Bank of Pleasantville.
