Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of defendants, entered December 13, 1974 in Greene County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term, without a jury. The parties are owners of contiguous parcels of land in the Town of Cairo. During the fall of 1965 Golf contacted D’Antoni and advised him that he had been informed by a representative of the State Conservation Department that their parcels overlapped.
