MEMORANDUM & ORDER
GORTON, District Judge.
The government dismissed all charges against defendant in this case shortly after his demise in January, 2013. The instant dispute concerns discovery materials produced while the criminal case against defendant was ongoing and which are subject to a protective order. Defendant’s estate now moves to modify the protective order to permit the disclosure to Congress and the public of certain discovery materials, subject to specific limitations.
