Defendant, State Farm Fire & Casualty Company, appeals as of right the portion of a judgment of summary disposition of September 4, 1996, granting summary disposition for plaintiff, Brian Salesin, denying summary disposition for State Farm, and awarding attorney fees to Salesin. Salesin appeals as of right the portion of the judgment denying class-action certification and the portion of the judgment that limited the award of attorney fees to $2,000 and costs to $2,000.
