This case represents another skirmish in the ongoing battle between the Police Department and the City’s bicyclists.1 Defendants Amy Erickson, Paulette Giguere and Olga Mazurkiewicz are each charged with one count of disorderly conduct by obstructing vehicular or pedestrian traffic (Penal Law § 240.20 [5]) and one count of parading without a permit (Administrative Code of City of NY § 10-110) (the Parading Law).
