This is an action by Betty LeBlanc, wife of and Daniel LeBlanc against the Phoenix Insurance Company of Plartford, Connecticut, the insurer of a truck owned and operated by J. H. Rutter-Rex Manufacturing Company against public liability. Mrs. Le-Blanc, wife, claims damages for personal injuries, and her husband claims special damages for expenses incurred by reason of her injury and for loss of earnings by her during her period of incapacity.
