Plaintiff filed its petition in four counts against the defendant for a real estate broker’s commission alleged to be dne it for having furnished a purchaser, in the month of October, 1921, for property belonging to the defendant which said defendant had listed with the plaintiff under a written contract, in the month of June, 1919. Plaintiff recovered judgment on each of the said four counts, and the defendant appeals.
