Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered February 16, 1984, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree.

Following plea negotiations, defendant entered a plea of guilty to an indictment charging him and three others with burglary in the second degree based on an incident at the home of Katherine Ditsch on November 8 and 9, 1983.
