Appeal from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed May 1, 1970, which found that a partial disability resulted in a 25% loss of earning capacity and awarded claimant weekly benefits under the Volunteer Firemen’s Benefit Law. Claimant, a plumbing section foreman for the Brookhaven National Laboratory, sustained injuries to his chest while performing duties of a volunteer fireman on November 27, 1966.
