YOUNG, Justice.

Appellant’s suit against Inwood Construction Company was upon a written contract for the furnishing of material and labor in construction of three shopping centers (Vernon, Marshall and Texarkana), claiming breach of contract and damages of $52,383.36 for failure to construct the Marshall and Texarkana jobs according to plans and specifications and in a good and workmanlike manner.
