Introduction

This is a petition of petitioner Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“Commonwealth”) to commit respondent O.C. Houston (“respondent”) as a sexually dangerous person pursuant to G.L.c. 123A, §12. The matter came on for juiy-waived trial on October 30, 2006; October 31, 2006; and November 1, 2006.
