It is urged here that the deed by which the interest under the land contract of 1925 was surrendered was void (1st) because not authorized by the stockholders; (2d) because it stripped the corporation of all its assets, in support of which it is argued that the stockholders are not estopped from questioning the validity of the deed and that the stockholders .have not ratified the deed.
