Atlanta Medical Accounting Corporation, Inc. (“AMAC”) appeals the entry of a default judgment in favor of Financial Software, Inc. (“Financial”).
The salient facts are undisputed. Financial filed its complaint against AMAC on October 17, 1996, for amounts purportedly past due on an account. On October 28, AMAC’s counsel signed an acknowledgment of the service of the process of summons, complaint, first interrogatories, and requests for production of documents.
