Before me is the Motion of Plaintiff Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) to Amend Judgment to Include Contractual Interest. A judgment in favor of Plaintiff for $690,750.00 was entered against Defendant Antonio Reale (“Defendant”) on October 10, 1996, following a jury verdict on Plaintiffs claim for breach of contract. Plaintiff now requests that the judgment be amended to include interest it claims accrued under the terms of the contract.
