Bailey v. Florida Power & Light Co.

I would grant certiorari for the% reason that from the testimony in the record regarding route it is my opinion that the trial judge abused his discretion. See Sapp v. Hillsborough County, 262 So.2d 256 (2d D.C.A.Fla.1972).
