AMENDED OPINION AND ORDER

DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Memorandum of Law for the Acquittal of Defendants Because of Reasonable Doubt and Lack of Jurisdiction (Docket No. 73). The Government also filed a Trial Memorandum on the issue of whether this Court has jurisdiction to entertain this case. (Docket No. 68).
