KNAPPEN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court requiring appellant to pay to complainants, for the benefit of themselves and other creditors, the sum of $1,000 and interest as the full “double liability” of appellant as stockholder in the Owensboro Savings Bank & Trust Company under the statutes of Kentucky. Ky. St. § 547 (Russell’s St. § 2131). The decree appealed from is the same decree considered by this court in the case of Alsop v.
