FOURNET, Justice.

This case was previously before us on an appeal taken from the judgment of the district court dismissing the appellant’s opposition to the final account filed in the Succession of Erazie Dugas, as well as the opponent’s claim as an heir to a fourth of the decedent’s estate, but the amount involved being less than $2,000 we transferred the matter to the court of appropriate jurisdiction, the Court of Appeal for the First Circuit.
