The writ brings up for review an ordinance of the city of Trenton providing for a license fee for certain food markets. The pertinent provisions of the ordinance, so far as this case is concerned, are as follows: “1. That no person, firm, partnership or corporation shall engage in the business of operating, conducting or maintaining a food market within any building or structure, within the limits of the city of *798Trenton, and renting or leasing more than four concessions in any such building or structure to persons, natural or artificial, io carry on various hinds and types of businesses…
