Stone v. Stone

This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County.

On September 12, 1979, appellant, Beverly K. Stone, and appellee, William A. Stone, Jr., were divorced. Appellant was awarded the custody of Jason W. Stone, the only issue of the marriage.

On April 3, 1981, appellee filed a motion with the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, seeking to change the custody of Jason from appellant to ap-pellee. On September 10, 1981, a hearing was held on the motion before Robert S. Olson, a referee for the court of common pleas.
