ORDER

DUFFY, District Judge.

This matter is before the court upon Defendant Stevens International Forwarders’ (“Stevens”) Motion to Dismiss the Second Amended Complaint.. For the reasons set forth herein, Stevens’ motion is denied.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs Miracle of Life, LLC, Brooke Faville, and Dr. Leonard Coldwell are owners of “TimeOut System,” which provides health and stress relief services to individuals.
