On August 14, 2007, the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) filed an Application For A Summary Order Requiring Obedience To Investigative Subpoenas (Doc. # 1). On December 19, 2007, Magistrate Judge David J. Waxse sustained the NLRB’s application and ordered respondents to comply with the subpoenas duces tecum by February 1, 2008. See Memorandum And Order (Doc. # 12). On January 15, 2008, Judge Waxse sustained respondents’ motion to stay execution of his order pending review by this Court. See Doc. #20.
