hThe plaintiff in this personal injury action sustained serious burns to the front of his body in an accident after three hours of drinking and horseplay with two friends. One friend, a 19-year-old, attempted to throw gasoline onto a bonfire and accidentally doused the nearby plaintiff who was set on fire. Plaintiff sued his friends and the convenience store which twice sold beer to the underage friend on the evening in question.
