¶ 1. Abigail Langley, through her parents and next friends Marty and Kim Langley (Langley), sued Drs. Johnny F. Miles and Chester K. White, Sanders Clinic for Women, P.A., and North Mississippi Medical Center, Inc. (NMMC), alleging medical malpractice. The Circuit Court of Lee County granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants after denying Langley’s motion to withdraw deemed admissions.
