Defendant has been convicted of the crime of receiving stolen property, under an indictment charging that “The defendant above named on or about June 11th, 1946 in the County of Queens, being then a dealer in and collector of junk, metals and second-hand materials, bought and received the following of the value of $450.00, a quantity of drills and tools the property of R.
